fuel pump? what fuel pressure?

I had problems on the trail rzr would sputter and die after working hard going up a mountain trail after it was good and hot if it sat for a bit it would fire up and idle even rev but if u started working it it would sputter again and die when it died u could turn the key on and hear the fuel pump kinda sputter like it was having trouble and it wouldn’t start if u let it sit and turned the key on the pump would hum like normal and start

LONG STORY SHORT IM PRETTY SURE I NEED A FUEL PUMP

ALL I COULD FIND IS THAT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE 43.5PSI +OR- 2PSI NOT SURE IF THAT IS AT FULL THROTTLE OR JUST IDLE?

I TESTED FUEL PRESSURE AT IDLE IT SITS STEADY AT 42 PSI WHEN I STARTED DRIVING IT IT DROPS TO 36PSI AT WOT
AFTER IT GOT HOT THE PRESSURE WOULD DROP TO 34PSI WOT

I couldn’t get it to duplicate what it was doing up in the mountains I knew it wouldn’t cant work it like I was in the mountains especially in my neighborhood…

im pretty sure im gonna buy a pump either way I just want a little confirmation before I spend 300$ I really don’t want to have this problem again I had to take it down the mountain on the road and wait for my buddy to go back up the trail and go get the truck to get me…

AFTERMARKET RADIATOR for the 900xp?

Instead of relocating my stock radiator like most racers, I’m thinking about getting an aftermarket heavy duty radiator and fan for my 900xp (to be mounted in the stock position). I don’t like the idea of mounting the stock radiator behind the cab where it blocks my rear view and could possibly harm the occupants if a coolant leak occurred. Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) using an aftermarket radiator (in the stock mounting position) on a 900xp?

Here’s one that I found today made by TCP Performance. Polaris RZR RZR4 RZRS UTV side by side accessories,CV boot guards,radiator,floor plates,hitches. Looks well-built, but pricey. What do you guys think?

Trouble

Hey peeps! Need some help. I have 2013 900 xp. Started noticing when i go to crank sometimes it zoos over a lot before it cranks sometimes it hits like it used too. This mornin i cranked it it fired rite up i brought it in garage and noticed it was idleing up and down. I cut off off and cranked it fired rite up then idle up and down. I cut off went to crank again didnt hear fuel pump cycle but hit switch any way it zood over no crank. Cut switch off turned back on on heard pump cranked rite up idle up down. Im thinkin fuel pump. What yall think? Thanks for any help

Said Goodbye to my 900xp

Well someone came up to me with a certified cheque and wanted my 900 xp. So i let her go. Looks like i will be in the market coming fall this year. I really liked my 900 xp best rzr i have owned so far, it never let me down once! I took care of it really well kept my maintenance in order. For the guys who sold your 900 xp what did you go to? I want to go start test riding in a few days.

Any input would be great

2014 carrier bearing exstreme driveshaft vibration

Hey everyone. I got a 2014 xp900 and was just putting around my place about to wash my machine and all of a sudden it felt like the driveshaft wanted to come threw the floor, so i took the center consol out and drove around again and behold the extream vibration, not to mention the carrier bearig was really hot. I have read around this to be a problem,which you would think polaris would do something about. Anyways im going to take it in tomorow hopfully they will help me out my machine has 580km and only 40 hours but i am past the 6 months so who knows. Im guessing the part is going to be pricey if so has anyone else had this problem and what was your fix?
