Broken bolt on helix

Hey guys I was changing the helix on my stm secondary clutch, and over tightened one of 6 bolts holding it in place, and broke the head off, but the other five are fine, will this hold or not?

xp1000 rims on an xp900

Anyone have xp1000 stock rims on an xp900? what issues if any did you have? I have heard so many conflicting stories I don’t know what to believe. Some say spacers needed on rear? some say different length wheel studs and or lug nuts needed? I’m not sure what reality is. I want to run 4 stock xp1000 front rims with 30×10 Big Horns

Buddy’s 900xp vs. log

So a buddy of mine went riding and had a log come in through the front into the cab. It got the main wiring harness and pulled plugs out of the back of almost all the switches as well as the electric fan. From what I can tell it didn’t damage any of the wires in the wire loom, but not sure yet. RZR got hot and started pouring out antifreeze, but that is because I discovered his electric fan was unplugged. I plugged it back in, and plugged everything else back in. The plug on the wiring harness side that goes to the speedo is messed up and if you wiggle it, it will quit working. The 4wd switch pulled the 2 wires from the plastic plug on the wiring harness side. My question is, where could he buy a replacement plug on the wiring harness side for the speedometer, or can you without buying a whole harness?

Biggest light bar for front of cage?

So i have a 30" double row Led light bar mounted on my stock cage of my 900xp with axis mounts, i may be dropping off my rzr to get a custon cage this weekend and dont like how the double row 30" looks i think its a bit too short and too thick, is there a longer single row option i can go with? I know they can tab for pretty much any size but want a clean inlaid look i dont like it sticking up im aiming for a cleaner sleek look. Any pics? Options or recommendations? Thanks!!

rattle from engine.timing chain side

I recently rebuilt the top end of my rzr 900 as it was dusted. used polaris oem parts. flushed the oil 3 times and then on the last one put a new filter and polaris oil. it was great for the first few miles. Drove it real nice. Then all of a sudden when I let off the throttle it stalled, fired right back up. Did this a couple times. now when u rev it up a little in park/N u can hear a rattle knocking kinda noise. primary is off. its really loud at about 3500 rpm and can really hear it on the right side of motor. AT idle its quiet and at certain rpms u can hear the noise and others its gone.i only reved it to 3500, and when I let off it stalls. also when trying to start it it will usually fire and die the first time. I pulled the chain tensioner out and it still has tension on it. I did notice some metal flake in the oil that was dripping from the tensioner. I searched the forums but didn’t come up with my issue, any and all input is greatly appreciated.
