Latest and greatest Front A-Arms

Hey guys, I think my front a-arms are about time to be replaced. They are bent and the ball joints in them are toasted.

I was looking at this special carriers mfg kit that has been previously posted in a thread from 2012: 900 High Clearance A-Arm Kit ? Special Carriers

I am also in canada so anything available in canada would be a bonus but I know if i want the good stuff I will probably have to order from down south.

I will post some pics of my bent shitty a-arms in a bit here for your amusement. The amount of play I found this morning that was in the front lower ball joints was scary!

Help, RZR 900 2011 Idle issues

Hey need some help here.

Rzr Started idling high. Starting hard on first attempt. second attempt starts and idles correctly. Once you Tap the throttle the engine revs to 3300-4500 RPM and will not Return. If you tap the pedal again the engine will return to idle. I have Removed the air filter and confirmed the butterflies are returning closed. There are NO engine mods. completely stock. NO fault codes. I have made sure there is some free play in the throttle cable and no difference. Where should I go from here?????

Fuel programmer

So I just installed a full hmf dual exhaust system on my 900xp. I was told by hmf and my dealer I need to run a programmer for the rzr to run right, run cooler and it will mess up the motor if I don’t. My question is what Is a quality programmer, preferably that won’t break the bank, and what is your experience with it. I was looking at the hmf gen 3 or 4. Also are there any dealers or people that have one they would be willing to part with. Thanks in advanced for the help

Im Fixed!!!!

I posted a problem on here a few weeks ago about my 13 900 xp. My fan stopped workin completely. check engine and power steering lite would come on randomly. Also when cranking engine at times it would just zoo over and over then other times would fire right up. After 2/3 weeks and damn near total disassembly I found propblem A broken wire in the main wiring harness rite under the heel pocket in the floor. After tracing this wire it winds up being the wire from the famous circuit breaker at the battery it runs to the fuse block to the fan relay then jumps to the power steering relay then jumps to fuel pump relay. anyway I repaired the wire and all is fixed. Also one more thing I found for power steering if you look from back left tire at clutch there is a plug that has 3 30 amp fuses one of those powers the power steering also, mine was corroded so i cleaned that and put in a new fuse. Hope this helps somebody.

blue wire?

I just bought a used 2012 900xp and I have been going through the whole thing to see what needs attention and I have come across a blue wire coming from my relay right below the shifter on that small panel. I think its for back up lights if you have them but im not sure.
