Went out last weekend and had a number of failures that I need some advice on replacing with aftermarket. My set up is a jagged x with the HCR +3" long travel kit running 32" tires. Mostly do rock crawling and desert stuff. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
1) Ball joints. I’ve been using allballs, but would like to find something stronger.
2) Tie rods. I U’d a stock tie rod with the extension for my HCR kit. I’d like a strong aftermarket that works with my long travel.
3) Front outer CV joints. I have summer Bros. axles and use steering limiter spacers, but I still manage to grenade a CV. The axles utilize stock CV joints. I’m not overly hard on the throttle and have been jeeping/RZRing for years, so I really don’t think it’s user error.
I have the dual battery setup with the smart isolator installed between them my question is can i hook both batteries up to my battery tenders at the same time?
I was driving about 4 miles an hour and took a wide turn in dirt and it laid over. Also a guy that weighs 400 pounds has laid it over driving normally and taking normal turns. I have never experienced any side by side tip this easily. you can just feel it wanting to lay over no matter speed or direction you are turning. This was purchased brand new and never really driven until recently and since new its always been like this.
Any suggestions on what to do to make it not roll as easy? Dont even want to drive it at all especially after the slow wide turn and it tipping.

I just bought a Power Commander 5 for my rzr xp 4 900. I want to get some maps more specific to my machine than I have found.
I have only an Alba pod intake kit, rapid response clutch with dalton weights, STM secondary. No other real performance add-ons, may add a muffler, but Todd at hunterworks tells me they’re pointless.
So I ride mostly sand and have STU blasters uncut, if anyone has any maps that you think might work on my setup Id love to try them.
Right now I am going to test 3 different maps. Bikeman performance full bolt on kit tune, Dynojet PC5 Dragonfire intake and exhaust tune, or stock intake and exhaust tune by Dyno jet.
I am a complete rookie when it comes to tuning with this type of tuner. All and any help is appreciated.

Attachment 142007Attachment 142007Bought a used 2013 rzr 900 Xp LE,,,guy built it to race. I have to replace a cv boot…bought a stock one and it’s way too small. There are no markings on the axel at all, there is a part number on the inner boot…PH98286…any one help here? Picture of axel and boots….small one is stock….cheers
Well it happened. Apparently I installed too long of a bolt in the right rear skid plate and it hit the bottom of the engine oil pan causing a puncture/crack. This occurred when I slammed the rear of the RZR over a large washout apparently causing some frame flex.
I was able to remove the oil pan, but I am having a heck of a time getting the new one on due to the plastic oil funnel/pickup that hangs from the bottom of the motor. There is not enough room between the engine and the frame tube. I got the old one out because the plastic oil pickup broke as I pulled the oil pan free.
Has anyone managed to swap the oil pan on a 2013+ without removing the engine from the car?
Hey guys I have a 2012 XP900 with a UMP under fender intake. I usually run the Donaldson P181072 air filter. My question is anyone know the part# for the RC2? Thanks for the help!
