I was washing my rzr down yesterday and wasn’t paying attention and got quite a bit of water into the driver’s side air intake. The drain was clogged from mud and I didn’t realize it until after I had started the engine and heard bubbling. Immediately shut it off and checked the filter which was wet on the lower half and it looked like some water had gotten past it into the actual intakes.
I’ve removed the filter and am going to put in a new one, dried out the box, unplugged the intake and let the water drain from there (probably will open it up and clean it out good, and drain the water from the lines to the air filter). My questions are does the driver’s side air intake feed anywhere else and should I worry about a small amount of water getting past the filter (change out oil, etc.).
Had the bright idea to tear her down and powder coat before the trip it’s getting close to being back together and ready for Tennessee Attachment 143138 before pic and what it looks like now Attachment 143139
Let me start by saying that I am usually one to support my local dealer.
That said, my local dealer’s not very local and actually the place is "too big" for my taste – it’s sort of a Super Store and doesn’t have that family friendly feeling like I had when I lived in Ohio.
So where’s a place to get OEM stuff online? I need things like rear brake pads, the seal between the starter and engine, new mud flaps, primary clutch parts, belt and some other piddly parts.
I took the 9xp down to the store today and noticed the front end would walk back and forth. I pulled over and after some pushing and pulling on the tires i found my lower driver side ball joint is clunking.
Anybody recommend a brand? Or is factory good enough? This one lasted 1250 miles of roads and trails, not too much sand. All of my suspension is stock
Can’t get the timing right. Mark on flywheel is not at tdc when Iset per the service manual 2012 xp900. What am I missing. Cam lobes are suppose to face out. One is not. Please help

Have been doing reading and research on the 900 xp. Do they come stock with the aluminum Sprague carrier in the front diff? Have read that some units came with 27" stock tires and some came with 26". Are those just the way they come or did mine just come with 26" tires? Thanks for your time.

Some webpages say it fits a 2011 Rzr xp900 and some say it doesnt.
Does anyone have any experience with this particular kit?
