Took my 2013 900xp out this weekend. During the ride the front began squeaking like crazy i mean the other rigs could hear me coming from the squeaks and not the music or motor lol.
Also Had some loud clunking noises coming from the back end. i stopped a few times worried something broke. Couldn’t find anything wrong.
So after getting home from my trip i decided to jack up the rear end and test a few things to recreate the sound. Well in doing so seems that both back wheels have play in them…… meaning I can push in the bottom of the wheel and pull out the top. Feels like the whole trailing arm and links all move with it. I checked the bolts for the hub and wheel bearing and also my lugs. Everything is tight so im wondering is this normal to have movement in the back wheels?

Need a valve shim kit for my xp900 looked around haven’t found a kit. Where are you guys getting them ? I have the stage 2 alba cams and the 935 big bore kit. Thanks
Has anyone tryied to accomodate the new Rzr gas tank (9.5 Gal) in a 900XP. i am sure that some modification would be needed but it would be sweet to be able to do it.

if facing motor in a 2011 900 from inside the drivers compartment, the "MAG" wire on the coil is the closest one to me, which plug does it go on on the motor? drivers side one or passenger side one? Manual dosen’t say. Thx.
I recently purchased a front bearing carrier and the stud
holes are for a 8mm instead of the 10mm. Is it okay to ride it with a 8mm or do I need to drill it out? Just worried about the ball joints coming off. Thanks
I was washing my rzr down yesterday and wasn’t paying attention and got quite a bit of water into the driver’s side air intake. The drain was clogged from mud and I didn’t realize it until after I had started the engine and heard bubbling. Immediately shut it off and checked the filter which was wet on the lower half and it looked like some water had gotten past it into the actual intakes.
I’ve removed the filter and am going to put in a new one, dried out the box, unplugged the intake and let the water drain from there (probably will open it up and clean it out good, and drain the water from the lines to the air filter). My questions are does the driver’s side air intake feed anywhere else and should I worry about a small amount of water getting past the filter (change out oil, etc.).
