2012 900xp charging problem need help guys!!
Ok so it all started at the dunes last month, I pulled a guy out of a hole down in the trees then, it started over heating, well the battery had came loose out in the dunes and was running led whips, stereo, light bar and headlights, was able to put a jump pack on to get it back but kept over heating. Guessing cause not enough juice to in fan. Well charged the battery and fixed the conection problem.well today we had a poker run and was fine for 4hrs then when I decided to run my radio my low voltage light came on was in the 10s so I shut off my stereo, got to the next stop and shut it off and wouldn’t start, jump started and as we got a few miles the voltage kept dropping from 10 all the way to 6 and rzr was spitting and spudering. When it hit 6 volts that’s shut off and at this point was pretty much at about 10mph no faster. Have a new odessy battery I put in prolly 150 miles ago. Machine has stu do 2500 miles. Sorry to ramble whatall do urging the problem is?

I went to buy a Ricks VR for my 2012 XP900 but noticed it was listed for the 13-14 900 and xp1000 (Part #10-564H) . Has anyone tried to run one on a 2012? And what is the difference in them?

Side intake Vents
What have people done to shield the side intake vents? When riding they always get caked I do not run mud either I trail ride hit small puddles and such. I ordered some side intake vents from maier and they do not even fit flush…this is what I ordered.. Thanks for any input?

900xp Transmission
Has anyone had the trans become loose on the coupler mount thats attached to the motor. The trans has two bolts and a spacer nut and lock nut that all gets torqued. I noticed while working on my rzr that I could move the trans on the coupler. I see they sell the whole kit including the motor hardware and trans hardware for $480.00. It says to use new bolts which are $40.00 a piece (lol). I was just thinking of re-torqueing and seeing how that works out. Any help would be much appreciated. Oh and thank you Polaris for making special expensive tools to work on this along with your rip off of a price for hardware.:clap:
xp 900 front diff output seal alternate p/n?
have a leaking front diff output seal, barring no unusual play/slop I assume 1100 fairly rough miles, (through sage brush ect) and likely a weird vibration when in 4wd killed it.
been lookin on the forum and google a while and have read a few posts and topics about input and both outputs using the same seal. and that people have been using other than oem, generic off the shelf seals. but every link or post is broken or gone….I have a ton of different seals at my shop for all kinds of different things, and just might have the one I need or can easily get it for far less than the 80$ all balls kit.
anyone have a p/n from an other than oem seal they could hook me up with?
