It’s been a while since we have been on here… Sorry about that
We are getting ready to start building our Z1 1100 RZR Trophy truck and thought we would share . I’m sure someone else has thought of building one and maybe this will help or make it worse ..lol
We bought the trophy truck body from Ben over at KNINE Racing and he is making the body wider to fit the HCR long travel kit. It will take about a month to get the body over here to oklahoma, so progress will be slow at first… We will try to post updates here and there…
We have been thinking about this build for a long time and we finally pulled the trigger…We can’t wait to go riding with all our friends up at Little Sahara…
The Z1 is all torn down and should look a little like this when were done….Maybe even a wrap?
I’m at 3300 miles and in the last two oil changes…..since about 2600 miles, I’m now losing about 12 oz. of oil in just under 100 miles. I have the polaris warranty…..wondering how this will go. The machine still runs great, just going from over safe to under add on the stick in less than 100 miles. I’m religious on oil changes and air filter changes, always stock everything. Nothing in the intake tubes but very, very minute amounts of fine dust……………….Pretty worried.

So my 2012 900 is sitting in the shop waiting on some parts, parked next to it is a 2015 xp1k fox with the factory digital display. Since the display was already on the test bench (we’re building some plugs for stereos, video, GoPro link, etc)
I thought I’d finally find out out if the PIDD works on the earlier machines.
Sure enough straight plug and play! Now mounting it is a different story, I’ll likely build a prototype kit out of fiberglass but if there’s enough interest I’ll look into doing molded plastic mount.
2011 900xp started smoking after it had set for a few weeks. I finally took it apart last night to find that the OE fitting on the intake manifold was detached on one side allowing dirt to get into the system. Anyone ever have this problem? Now i need to decide if i wanna go big bore or not.
