I just picked up a 2011 Rzr xp 900. Taking some parts off my 2009 Rzr and the pro armor doors won’t bolt up. They seem to be too long by about 1-1 1/2" to long. Pro armors website shows they should fit. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks

I’ve got a 2012 xp 900 with 360 miles 62 hours and the clutch is shot . inner shive has a groove wore in it and holes and cracked. Bought a couple weeks ago thought I got a deal with low hours. Anyone else have this issue or know where I could get a replacement inner shive or whole clutch. I’m assuming it has to be the whole unit replaced together because of balancing.

Found it today after the belt snapped and I opened it up to replace.

My 2012 xp rzr900 has a cracked header pipe. Should I buy a new one from Polaris? Or is it worth replacing with aftermarket? Should I just replace the header or replace the whole system? Should I go single or dual exhaust? What have you tried and how well did it work? Thanks

How much "play" if any is acceptable in the rear wheel bearing when it’s jacked up off the ground?

I’m new to the RZRs and wanted to get some advice on mods to do for it. I ride trails, hard and soft pack and mud when possible. Looking at wheels(12 or 14) and tires, exhaust, intake anything else I should be looking into? All help is appreciated

Anyone running these or know someone that is? Was looking into to purchasing a set, just don’t know how well they seal up. Web site says 1" but on the one picture I saw it looked more like a 4" gap in the front. Thanks in advance. I have a 2011 rzr 900xp and just the other day when I was riding it jumped timing and shut off. So today I lines thy flywheel up on its mark and set the cams in time and put it all back together. When I first try to start it you can hear it try to fire alittle bit but then it just cranks, but if you give it some gas it will fire up and run very rough and dies when you let off the gas. I’m kind of stuck on what it might be. I am going to try and put some new plugs in it tomorrow, but I was wondering if I might need to make a full rotation with the flywheel in case the crank might be off or somthing I’m not sure how many teeth It jumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
