Dalton clutch kit install?? With xp1k 2ndary spring

Installing a Dalton clutch kit on my buddies xp 900 and he is running 30" mongrel type tires. He bought the Dalton but didn’t get the secondary spring cause he didn’t know to. Anyway I have the xp1k and was wondering if I could use my stock secondary spring. I know they fit but wonder if it will work better then his stock one for pulling those 30" tires. If it would work then I can just setup the way direction say….

Need quick Clutch tuning advice (video inside)

So it’s a 12 xp with intake,exhaust,programmer, and Ho cams. I got a new secondary and belt so figured I would fine tune the clutch. I have the alba kit and it looks like 56g empty. closest to the bolt hole has 1.8g then .8g in the middle and 6.5g on tip. Looks like 50+ is good but I would like it to hit 8k sooner and not get lazy in the 7000 range

engine cleaning

whats the best way to get the engine aluminium to look new again? mine has been thru too many mud holes and its stained. I was thinking of some kind of mild acid? any thoughts?

2014 900 and had my laptop hooked to my PyroPak Fuel Controller and seen my throttle percent at wide open reading 75%..i pulled up on my gas pedal and it went back to 99%.anyone else had this problem.how to fix it thanks

Engine codes

I have a 2013 900xp eps that once in a while runs rough and the check engine light comes on, then the problem goes away and the light goes off. The problem usually occurs when under hard acceleration. I have hecked all the basic stuff but would like to know if there is a way to check stored engine codes??

best rim and tire set up

i know this has been ask 100 times, i did a search and still not sure of what to get. 2014 rzr 900xp ride alot of moto style tracks and long dirt/loamy sand trails . i like jumps and sharp corning and just hauling ass! not into the deep mud or rocks.

my question #1 does the factory set up with wider rear give better traction and cornering #2 if i go lets say 14in rims and same width on all 4 will my corning and traction be better or worst.
any input would be thankfull
