What are some specialty tools needed besides flywheel puller, clutch puller, and clutch press? I have 900 engine and I have to replace one rod bearing so i am going to replace with carillo rods and look at building 900 engine with 1k crank.

I have a 2011 XP 900 with a after market cage and emp bumper and my suspension is crap. My buddies ranger has a better quality ride than my rzr, we ride a little bit of everything from rocky to hard packed with vey little jumping. I have tried everything from adjusting the preload to the compression. So what do I need to do to achieve the ride my buddies XP1k have?

Hey all,
The tires on my 2011 900XP are shot. I currently have the stock ITP XCT Tires on there. I live in CO and usually do typical Colorado style trails (Rainbow falls, Central City, Kelly Flats etc) with not much mud. I will make the occasional trip to Moab. I was looking at the Kanati Mongrels in size 27x9R12 and 27x11R12.

Who else is running these?
Are those the best sizes for my stock 900XP?
Opinions?
Best place to buy?

Just purchased SuperATV high clearance lower rods but have a question. Instructions say eye to eye measurement on the heims to be 24-1/2". My stock lowers are 24-1/4" so I just matched the stock length. What have some of you decided on for a setting? For general riding I’m not so sure 3 or4 degrees of camber is needed.

I installed the BMP intake that runs into my bed and now I was wondering if I need to do anything with the crankcase breather hose?

I have a 2011 xp 900 that runs great once it finally starts and is revved up for a while but when first starting it doesn’t want to idle and you have to hold it at a slightly high idle until it gets warmed up also when it’s warming up it smokes a lot and smells really rich. This finally caused my starter to go out so I need to get this problem fixed thanks for the help

So I’m at a toss here I can’t figure out what direction to take here. I have some gged out and one torn A-arm mount on my xp. I’m torn between either getting a utv inc. Weld in gusset kit of the racer tech weld in step washers to fix my issue my question is ok the weld in gusset kit will I have the same issue with egging vs having the chromoly step washers but I don’t gain any beef to the frame. Just looking to see what everyone would suggest the step washers from racer tech. Or a gusset kit for. Utv inc. Thanks again.

looking to see what others have used for a muffler for 900xp turbo’ed-running around 10psi other than the normal standards that are out there
