I have a 2014 1000XP 4 seater. What is the biggest tire I can run without modifying or adding a lift of any kind ? Thinking about going up a size or two from the stock 29" tires. But not sure what will fit and not scrub in tight situations.

2014 XP4 1000 Exhaust header Torque
I am looking in a service manual, it look like the torque on a XP4 1000 exhaust header is 18in. lbs. Does that sound right? If not could someone tell me what it is?
Rear Axle popping out of transmission
Has anyone had the problem of the rear axles popping out of the transmission? I have a 3" lift but i have been running the same setup for the past year. I have tried 3 different brands of axles and all of them do it. Any help would be great.
Considering Trading ’14 800 XC for ’15 XP41K
Been toying with this idea, not unhappy with the XC but it would be fun to have a 4 seater 1000 to take our nieces/nephews out for a ride. Thoughts/input?? I know, it will be biased here LOL!! Curious what I can get for a more or less pristine 800 XC with ~24 hours on trade…
Dealer/Service Depart Recommendations CA /AZ
After reading all the negative experiences members have had with their Dealers / Service departments / Polaris. I thought it might be good to get a list of Good dealers / Great Service mangers that go to bat for the customers.
My Razor spends time in Southern CA and is mainly in AZ -Parker / Havasu area. Even though I dont have a issue at this time. I am willing to tow it to a good shop if necessarry. I have the extended warranty and dont plan on doing mods that effect the warranty.
At this point, I’m not sure the dealer/ service dept where I bought Razor from has my confidence. After reading all the posts with the troubles everyone is having, it seems to be just a matter of time before I will have a issue also.
Thought a possitive thread might be refreshing also. Pm If you dont want to post online

ARP Threaded Studs
Has anyone installed the threaded ARP studs from Maxwell? I have 4 on the passenger side that are spinning in the hub and 1 on the driver side. Curious if there is drilling required or you just tap them.
another problem
Got some rain at glamis for thanksgiving. no rain in forcast.lol
thought it was driving heavy from wet sand.
Check engine light came on ..no power steering I figured out… Stopped turned off restarted. good to go..happened 2 times. now ok
So now what? Speed sensor I heard some were. Voltage regulator?
I like to take to dealer but with an answer.. They will order me parts some times and just hand them to me.. so I can do it myself. Sure they get paid for service and I do the work but at least it is not a month to get it fixed.
Need a New radiator
So on my last day at the dunes, son wants to go for one last ride before I load up the trailer.
This is the back side of the radiator. I hit a post of some sort that I am assuming was already pre-run over in the opposite direction and it just barely caught the lower A-arm and it flipped the post the other direction and caught the backside of the radiator. No other damage except some scratches on the A-arm and a cut front diff breather tube.
Any suggestions on radiators? I was looking at the SuperATV one for $199. Granted I found some on flea-bay for a few bucks cheaper.

Exhaust system for 15′ XP 4
What exhaust is everyone running? I heard Sparks and Alba’s exhaust were the only ones making noticeable power. Is this true? I have a friend that put an SLP on his two seater and noticed a slight difference. I want something that has good power gains and is not abnoxiously loud. Oh and needs to be reasonable in price. Reviews and dyno charts are always welcome. I already had clutching done if you were recommending going that route. I just need a little more power! [emoji1]

Clutch issues, need advice.
So it seems like everyone is having clutch problems lately. Here is what happened to mine. At 2000 miles I had a HeelClicker clutch kit installed in my XP1K4 and the secondary rollers replaced, when it came apart my factory weights looked great and I had very small flat spots on the secondary rollers.
Then at 2300 miles my clutch was starting to "slip" I was bouncing off the rev limiter at 30mph and the clutch weights were sticking so when I stopped the motor would die. When I pulled it apart I found this.
