Today we started tearing into the War Fighter Made RZR4 1000. It was a little used and abused. But Polaris donated all new plastics for the build and it is looking fresh. We have had several Great companies that have called us to donate product for this build. It will be an awesome build.

Anyone have upgraded suspensions that are planning on going to Silver Lake Sand Dunes over Memorial Day weekend? I am thinking about upgrading to the WE 2.5 fronts and having Poundsand re-valve the rears but would like to go for a ride in one that has it done to see if it is really worth it. I am very happy with the stock setup adjusted the way Ed (poundsand) recommended. Can’t imagine it could get much better. So if you’re going I would love to do a lap with ya!
Thanks, Shane
I have been sand duning for 20 years. I have always done all the service on our vehicles. Over 20 different vehicles. I have always ran an Outerwear air filter sock on every machine. I have never had an issue with sand in an engine all these years. But now I am reading about so many Polaris RZR’s with issues I am a little nervous?
I am using Polaris OEM parts for all of the service. I am documenting everything with receipts and pictures of the servicing. will this pre-filter void the warranty?
I have a 2015 1000xp 4 that have 1300miles and I have burned through my rear tires. I am looking to upgrade all 4 tires to a 14 or 15 size tire. I ride hard packed desert, Sandy washes, dunes and over small to mid-size sharp rocks. Im looking for advice on what tire and size (14 or 15) would work the best and the best beadlocks. Without having to upgrade any suspension or clutch. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
I’m picking up my xp41k next weekend. I have an 8 x 16 trailer but the door is only 67 tall. How much drop can I get from compressing the rear suspension with say rachet straps and letting air out of the rear tires, will it clear?
I’m surprised I’ve not seen any posts on here about real world maverick xds vs xp1k results.
Anyone have a chance to ride with one for real world feedback?
