A couple days ago I noticed that my tail lights were on when my RZR1k 4 had been parked for hours withy the ignition off. I also noticed the headlights flickering from time to time. Has anyone experienced this and could give me a hand I would appreciate it.

Just ordering some Method rims 401 bead locks and Tensor tires. I am going up to the 15" rim. But which off set is the best. I think they only come in 15 x 7 with a 5 +2 or 4+3 off set. I want to be able to rotate from the front to the rear. The Tensor tires will be the 30 x 10 x 15. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My dad purchased a brand new 2015 1k and we (brothers, me and my dad) stripped it down with 2 miles on the dash, went with the light weight hcr long travel kit with king shocks, bought a 2012 z1 sled with 0 miles and stripped the motor out, did head studs and upgraded the turbo internals and got the swap kit thanks to Jason at hawk. Also did the stm primary and secondary clutches. First test run today (forgot to mention sdr cage and doors as well) Attachment 134546Attachment 134547Attachment 134548

I have searched the forum for a copy of a service manual for the 2014 RZR4 XP1000. I have found a link which didn’t work (invalid thread) and a reference for a link that just wasn’t there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I hit the dunes a few times a year and am buying paddles before I go back. My thoughts are to run the bighorns up front for a bit with paddles in back. Question is would you get a clutch kit before sand tire fronts or vice versa? Been wanting a clutch kit as well and trying to decide where to spend my penny’s first? I am not sure the difference in drag from bighorns to sand tires (front end) either, would like to hear experiences on this as well.
What should my weight setup be on my 1k4 with 32 outbacks and I run 32 roctanes also.
Heel-big bolt with 2 big washers and one small
Middle-red bolt with one big washer and one small
Tip- clear bolt with two small washers
