I have a 2015 XP4 with a dalton clutch, I’ve just changed the secondary rollers because they had worn flat spots, I might have 300 km on them and they are already going flat again. Is there a fix for this because it’s a pain in the ass having to swap these out all the time?
Anybody use the Desert Moulding Concepts kit to improve their CVT cooling? If so, how do you like it? Also, why did you choose it over the Polaris update? I hate the idea of spending almost $300 on a kit that Polaris should’ve recalled on their 2014s.
My last outing in my XP1K4 may have been my last. I have had the helix and clutch air intake upgrade done and since then, every time I take it out for a spin, I have to take it back to the dealer for one thing or another, all around the clutch set up. This last event I was in Moab, at the top of Poison Spider Mesa and I could hear some chirping. I pulled the clutch cover and to my surprise I found a slice in the lower portion of the clutch cover from the belt rubbing on it. It actually burned a hole in it. Has anyone else experienced this before? My dealer told me they have NEVER seen this before, as they have told me the exact same thing on every other issue I have had since having all the clutching upgrades done. I cant be the only one experiencing these issues, or am I?
