I lost a bearing in my 2014 xp1k4 trans.
I was going to order a new 2015 trans to replace it.
Other than losing a couple mph to the lower gearing, is there any other compatibility issues?
Thanks in advance.
Bought a new 15 XP 4 1000. Put a 1/4 windshield on it and we are getting blasted with wind in our face. Does have a roof on it, I’m thinking that the windshield sends the wind up, but the roof push it back down into our face. Any idea’s short of putting a full windshield on which wife doesn’t want. Have a 2014 900 with same setup, but doesn’t have same effect, think with the higher roll bar cage, wind is getting out. Ya I could take roof out, but would rather not.
I moved the polaris oem spare tire holder. Basically took the bottom pins and clamps and moved the to the top of the bike and then took some flat bar, bent it in a vice and bolted it in securely. Still need to spray everything black and clean up the bolts.
Now I can see through the back of the bike and access my kimpex cooler/cargo box properly.
Just got our linkage rods finished up and in stock, we have a large amount of adjustment which allows you to go shorter than stock making the sway bar level and more effective. They are also available in multiple anodized colors to match your color scheme.
FK brand 5/8" shank rode ends with teflon linings
Large diameter Hexagon billet construction
So has anyone figured out a way to remove the rear seats and use that area for storage? Looking for a diy idea. The polaris boxes are too pricey, and looking for something closed like a tool box.
