What are the recalls for 2014 xp 1000

I have blown through several belts and have asked the dealership about any recalls regarding the clutch assembly. Was told that Polaris will warranty the part but not the installation. They are requiring me to pay them to install. Anyone have any experience of that? Are there any other recalls out there?

which Method wheels?

I am looking to pick up a set of Method beadlocks in black for my XP4 1000 however I wanted to see what everyone’s thoughts where on which ones to get.

I am stuck between the Method 401’s and the Method 406’s. The 401’s will be 7 inches wide and the 406’s will be 8 inches wide. I will be wrapping these in 30" Kanati Mongrels.

Thanks for your thoughts!

Factory UTV Skis have small gap where middle and front section meet

Is there anyway to get rid of the small gap on the Factory UTV skids thats is visible from the side where the front/middle sections meet. I have tried loosening the bolts that were drilled/bolted into the side rail frame. It’s right where the pieces are flanged so they mate up to each other. It’s not bad just nit picking and its bothering me. I was thinking possibly taking a heat gun and heating that section and using a 2×4 on a jack and putting a little pressure up so they sandwich nice until is cools. Not sure if others have had this or if there is a easy fix?

Polaris Harness mounts for back seat?

The OEM Polaris harness is designed to mount to brackets that are only welded on the two seat models. Are the brackets available anywhere, so that we can weld them on to our roll bar and use them. I like the retractable feature of the oem Polaris piece. And I want it for the back seat for my daughter.

Thanks, ARN
