Looking to check a few things out while I have the thing apart. For clutch spacing I believe I read that the space between shafts should be 10 1/2" mine is short of that by 1/16" is that enough to worry about? Do I need to purchase the $40 tool or can i just measure? has anyone adjusted it? is it somewhat easy?
Next question I hear all this talk about the need for a heavy duty dampener. Is this necessary? Has anyone been able to do it without spending $200 on the tool to hold the clutch while you put the required 290ft lbs on it?
A while back I checked around for some reservoir clamps that fit the King finned reservoirs and had no luck so I made my own!! I will be making more of these as I am sure I’m not the first nor the last person that wanted some nice billet clamps to hold the reservoirs to the cage!!
Does anyone have an idea what the tounge capacity is on the bolt on hitch kit? I was thinking about trying to use my 1000XP4 to haul my superjet about a half mile on the sand to get to the beach.
I’m not real impressed with the maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual. I’m assuming that since "Change Air Filter" is mentioned at 25 hours and never mentioned again, that I’m suppose to change the air filter every 25 hours? Is this correct?
And by that logic, Oil change is listed at 25 hours, then 50 hours, and never again. Does that mean I should change it every 50 hours after the first two changes?
Sorry this is such a basic question, but the owner’s manual makes no mention of these repeating maintenance activities. And I want to follow this to a "T" because of the extended warranty. Thanks!

Hey Guys and Gals — I currently have a 2 seater and I am in the market for a toy hauler to pull with my 2012/F150/ECO.. I do want to upgrade to a 4 seater in a couple years so I’m asking in this forum for advice.
From all the research i’ve done so far it looks like I need to stay within the 18-24ft length range to avoid weight issues after fuel/water/rzr/people/misc.
My main question is anyone have a particular new model in this range that they really like or really don’t like ?
