Like title says need advice on how to make my box for my system I’m starting to recieve the stuff that I ordered which wood should I use 3/4mdf or is there anything else I should use and been looking at this kinetics 2nd battery kit anyone have any feedback on them or which kit should I use? Any help would be great thanks in advance here’s some of the stuff I’ve ordered

Im getting closer to pulling the trigger on a XP4 and wondering what are the must have accesories before hitting the trails. And are you guys buying Polaris stuff or aftermarket brands? I’ll be riding mainly riding western Pa trails.
OK I just bought a 1000XP4 last Thursday Sept 17th! And have rode it and have put about 4 hours on it in a week, Last night I took it out (Sept 23) and drove it for awhile and then this morning the kids wanted to go to school in it so I went to get it out and it fired then died it did that a couple of times and the it just started to click. So I jumped started it and off I went, then when I got almost to school the power steering went out on it and then the light came on and LO sign came on as well. So I got it back to the house and checked the fuses and didn’t find anything there either.
So when I got to work I called our local dealer (Weeks in Benton IL), not the dealer I bought it from because they couldn’t even come close to the deal I got from Aberthany in Union TN, which is 2.5 hours from us! I got the service department and told them what was going on and their comment was have you talked to the dealer you bought it from!!! So I called them and they told me to trickle charge the battery and see how that does and let them know!
Anybody else have this problem?

So last night i was riding, and i noticed my 30" rigid light bar flicked a couple times, and when we stopped for a break the battery was dead it wouldnt turn on anymore, i have the 30" rigid and 7 Rigid Dually D2’s on stock battery everything wired good with relays and fuses, is it too much for one battery? Should i run dual batterys? Or anybody think its something else? Any help is good thanks in advance guys!
So my son bought me a birthday present for my RZR, which was awesome by the way! It’s a 2,000 lb Winch, but I’m kinda worried it’s a little under rated for my 1600 lb 2015 XP1K4.
What is the minimum size Winch that should be installed on these cars? (BTW – We do mostly desert trails so it likely will rarely be used)

Just got my 1000 XP4 and like usual I can’t leave it alone but don’t want to throw a lot of money at it right now!!! After just buying it, but want to protect it? So I am wondering if anyone runs rock sliders? Front Bumpers, rear bumpers? And if so what brand?
I found one I really like but its almost the most expensive one out there! Its from a company called Vendetta Motorsports, it looks like it protects the complete front end!
