my buddy built these for our rzr’s, starting to build/sell. these will take a hell of a beating. 1 3/4 tubing .120 mount thru frame in 3 spots w/1/2 inch bolts
I went out to the shed the other night where I keep it. When I walked in I noticed that the tail lights where still lite up real dim There where no lights on in the shed when I walked in, that is the only way I noticed it? And I had it out riding it a couple hours before! The other thing is my power steering light keeps coming on when I start it up but then when I turn it off and back on it goes off? I had it in the dealer a couple of weeks before and they replaced the voltage regulator!
Buying an electric blue metallic XP4 next month(ish) and trying to get all the parts for it right now. Still deciding on the cage, but think I am going to pick up the Dirt Engineering doors. My question (as it related to the black doors) is if anyone knows the paint codes for the electric blue metallic? Or if there is a wrap that is close in color? I am going to de-badge the rzr and want it all one color for a clean and simple look. I see all these rzrs with black doors and they look like an unfinished afterthought. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-
I haven’t had a chance to "test" any paddles yet for my XP4K yet and am going to Glamis next weekend. What air pressure should I be running on stock Maxxis Bighorns with stock wheels? I have seen a lot of conflicting info out there. I really don’t want to lose a bead by under inflating.
Fine tuning my clutch kit, out of the box was around 8150, changed a couple things now it shoots up to about 8100 and pulls hard to 8500. Just wondering what you guys with aftermarket clutch kits are running, rpm wise.
BTW that’s launching in 4wd in dirt. Ill be running paddles in dunes all winter, not sure how that will affect my results. Guess I’ll find out in a few days.
