Monday 11/9, riding by Primm, NV. I was riding out of Whisky Pete’s towards coliseum mine. Road was washed out on the way and that’s when it happened. Its been a while since I have ridden down there and don’t remember the road being washed out, maybe from the rain we had a few weeks ago. What ever the case I was going too fast over the hill to react in time, all I could do was brake hard and brace for impact. Luckily I was alone and with a passenger it would have been a lot worse since the bar the harness is attached to bent forward 8"-10". Not sure what would have happened with two up, maybe that bar would have broken off.
I had an estimate done and they are around $17,000 for repairs. I’m Hoping to get a check from insurance and fix it for less on my own. Ill be looking for stock front end and roll cage parts, so anyone that has replaced oem with aftermarket let me know!

Anyone have this hauler? We are looking at it. It has exactly 12′ 6" garage. Will a xp 4 1 k fit. Mine has a bumper but I will remove it if I can make it fit.
Any good/bad experiences with this winch? Local parts place has one NOS that the manager told me I could have for cost. Guess it’s been sitting there on the shelf for a while. It’ll probably end up just being a paper weight on the front end, but I want something for those just in case rides…
Having thrown my first belt (which I knew was only a matter of time…), I’ve been thinking about setting up my clutch/belt for the best possible performance and reliability. I frequently ride in remote areas in the desert alone and won’t be able to rely on the kindness/preparedness of others, so please let me know what you think. I don’t think there’s such thing as overkill goes, and I know that with this set-up well north of $1K it’s a pretty spicy meatball, but cheap insurance/peace of mind…
I really like the Razorback gauge as opposed to other units which measure ambient air temp, but I was also thinking that a fan like Alba offers here: Alba complete belt saving kit but I’m looking for the fan only and haven’t located a vendor selling just the fan…
So with this setup hopefully even if the belt does go the quick release hardware, spare belt (Polaris tool, gloves and cleaner for the interior of the clutch cover and related parts) it should be a relatively minor inconvenience.

I got a very loud knocked noise from what seems to be around the top of the belt cover, where the air tube mounts to. Right in that area there is these 3 rectangle blades/fins that are about 3 inches longand about 3/4 inch high. If i push on one of them, the noise goes away. Its like whatever is on the other side of it is rubbing against something internal. I took the belt cover off and didn’t see anything abnormal. Any ideas?
Guys, I have a 2015 XP4, I just bought it about 4 weeks ago and went on our first ride over the weekend. I have noticed just from moving it around in the shop and a few times while on the trail that sometimes it will start up then die. After 1 or 2 times it will start and runs fine. There was one instance that it took a few cranks to get it to start. Sometimes done from a cold start and sometimes from a warm start.
A few notes though: There was not much gas in the tank when I brought it home from the dealer and I thought that was the problem with starting at first so I put more gas in it and didn’t have any issues for a little bit, but it happened again. I also put a gallon of 91 octane in it then put 93 octane on top of that. This is also not a consistent problem
With all of this being said, even after 20-30 miles, is it possible I may have pulled some air in the fuel system and it is causing problems, but may work itself out?
Is this just break in issues?
Or should I have the dealer check the fuel pressure?
