I want to snorkel just my CVT exhaust. I plan on using 3" pvc and come through the (about 5"x7") panel between the seats. Then 90 up to the top of the bed. Do yall think I will have excess heat issues? I don’t know how the aftermarket kits run this snorkel, so I was hoping for some insite.

I don’t ride in deep water, but I do have to cross it from time to time in creeks. Everything is pretty much factory snorkeled to the grates on the top sides of the bed, except for the CVT exhaust side, which dumps out right on top of the motor!! Pretty dumb if you ask me. I want to run 3" from the CVT box through the (say 5" x7") access panel between the seats and then up. Do you guys think this will add a lot of heat to my CVT? There are snorkels out there, just wasn’t sure how this was done on those bikes. Thanks

I just bought a Viper Winch and debating how I want to wire it up. I was thinking about using the power distribution block under the hood but I’m afraid that it will be too much amperage for it. I know power isn’t going to the distribution block so I bought a power cord from UTV Inc. How are you guys wiring your winches up? You going straight to the battery?

Just trying to throw together some stuff to start carrying with me on rides. Just got an xp1000 a couple weeks ago.

Built a mount / Storage box for RZR. Feel like it turned out pretty well, figured I’d share since it might inspire some creativity.

Building the framework.
19" Wide, 17" long. Made the front just short enough so I knew the tire rack would clear it. Measurements came out closer than I anticipated, which is good since that means maximizing storage space.

Began tacking on the sides… Needed some bigger clamps, but with some burnt gloves and some creativity on clamping, got it with what I had.
