Just got my kit in and didn’t realize the spacer had a seam. I’m very apprehensive about using this on my HL as we ride mud/deep water…..a lot, and this looks like it’s going to be a nightmare of leaks and issues.
I’ve read about 100 pages of folks talking about the heel clicker kit but it’s mostly tuning and sand riding. Anyone have any experience with this spacer while riding water/mud?
Does anyone no the stock spring rate or pounds on the primary clutch, I need to pick up about 200 more RPM after putting on some Roctane tires, I was hoping to try a heavier spring first before buying a new clutch or a set of heavy hitters, I have 1500 miles on stock belt and clutches and wear looks great, no issues MADDOGWFO
I installed the above 2" spacers on one wheel in my garage just now, I think these studs are the short ones. The lug nuts still have thread left, this does not look right! Mine is a 2016 RZR XP4 1000 but he lists it’s compatible with the 2014 model which I thought had the same pattern? FYI those lugnuts are on there as tight as I can get them
Dont hate me. IK have been doing research ever since i bought my XP1K a couple months ago on aftermarket wheels and offsets. I am aware that the OEM rear wheels are wider than the front wheels on my RZR. Im also aware that there are 5 million aftermarket wheels and offsets. My question for you guys is this. I want to run the same size tires front and rear, 30x10x14. I want to run the same size wheels front and rear also. But what i do not want is my rzr to be much wider if any with aftermarket wheels. That being said what do you guys recomend? What offset? Width? Brand?
I’ve done some looking around and I can’t find anything, prolly not looking hard enough.
I pulled the primary apart due to some pound noises and saw that two of the rollers have flat spots in them, the flyweights have some wear on them too.
So my question is, who carries them, how do I replace them. Should I go with an aftermarket clutch now and forget about it or go back with stock parts.
I have been looking at the Dalton and have been very impressed with the reviews.
Has anyone bought a Polaris MB Quart Soundbar 4 ? I am looking for feedback on wether it is worth the $349, it looks really cool and has nice features, but I am concerned about quality, please keep in mind I don’t listen to hip hop so I don’t a need pounding bass like a sub woofer produces, I just want to be able to hear music even at high speeds.

I have looked for 2hrs for a thread (that I found the other night) that says what size bolt, grade and length to replace the roll pin in the front diff/prop shaft…. can anyone point me to it.. Thanks
It would seem that my xp 1000 is not producing enough voltage. It sits at 11.7 volts rather than the 13 it used to. I only have 130 miles on it and I plan to take it to the dealer but I have a trip planned this weekend I’d really like to not miss.
I can fix most things myself but I’m not sure how to test a voltage regulator or a stator myself.
