Has anyone tried to buff down our stock bighorns and throw say 9 or 10 paddle Extremes for the rear and rough buff the fronts? They are 29×11 rear so Im thinking not too bad but just wondering if anyone has done it and how did it run?

I had noticed awhile back when riding on pavement that my alignment was off. The last time I went riding, one of the people behind me said something didn’t look right. I had him get into my Rzr and I followed behind to get a look. Sure enough, it looked like a car you see driving down the highway with a bent frame. I used some string to take some measurements and I could see how bad it was, it’s over a inch off. The drivers side rear is toe out and the passenger rear in toe in. When looking at it from behind with the front wheels straight, the drivers rear wheel is out too far and the passenger rear is too far in. When I inspected the frame, I did see two welds that look cracked on the plate that is under the engine. Everything else looks fine as far as I can tell.
My first question is, has anyone else tweaked their frame in this area? Did the insurance company total it out? If they totaled it, how much was the buy back? If they ended up just replacing the frame, how much was the repair bill?

I would like to downsize my toy hauler. I have a 33 foot Weekend Warrior.
I would like to get the smallest toy hauler I can that will hold a 2 seat XP 1000. I really want a on board generator, not a portable. I’m seeing a lot of the smaller haulers don’t offer this. Would like some feedback, suggestions. Thanks! 🙂

2016 rzr still learning. Went from a renegade to a sxs and it kicked my butt.

Hey Guys. After wrecking my RZR last week, I know have the opportunity to do a few upgrades. I am looking to change out my wheels and tires. I would like to go from a 14" to a 15" inch. Do you all have any recommendations on which ones I should go with and what would give me the best bang for the buck? If you have pictures, that would help. Thanks a million!

I bent a tie rod this past weekend so I’m looking to upgrade before this weekend..I bought the Badass tie rods a few weeks ago and i was having a hard time getting the stock tie rod boots over them and i also heard that they cause bump steer so I’m a little hesitant to try to use them. What’re you guys using and do the factory boots work with what you have. I want a good quality replacement that isn’t going to give me a lot of trouble installing. Thanks
