I broke off the valve cover bolt and have tried everthing to get it out. It broke at an angle. So I tried to center punch it to drill it for an easy out and had no luck. The part is the cam arm carrier part #3022131 which polaris has dicontined and is only available as a whole assembly. Any body know where I can get just this part? Thanks.

Who’s had this happen? And what’s the easiest way to remove the broken threads left in there?

Thinking about buying a Highlifter
Hello I’m new to Polaris and I’m thinking of buying a highlifter ’15 model closeout. I mostly ride mud, hard pack,and offroad jeep trails. Just wondering if anyone has any complaints or yea this thing is bada$$. Trying to do all my homework before I drop 20k. Thanks

Just got my first rzr and I need to know what windshield to get. I don’t see the purpose of a flip up or down windshield. When would i ever fold it up? Im thinking just a regular windshield but, put me some knowledge on the issue por favor.

Im trying to keep the bugs outta my teeth and the dust out of my eyes. Will I need a back window too? And the roof, I assume?

Thats all the accessorizing I need to do right away but lemme know if i desperately need something I haven’t mentioned.

Anyone else have extreme difficulty near impossible to get it out of park when on an incline or hill?

So my rears were just spinning away last time we went out. Loading onto the truck ramps was the same – just spinning.

So yesterday I checked voltage to diff, 11.8 or something like that. All fuses ok.

Diff itself had continuity and the resistance measured around 23.8 ohms or so.

Put rzr on Jack stands and engaged AWD and fronts turned no problem. Turn off the switch and the fronts stopped.

Figure my issue was somehow likely related to water or mud it resolved itself.

So today I go to load the damn thing on the truck again and same crap, rears just spin. No front engagement. Ugh. Very frustrating.

Any thoughts as to what the issue might be?

I turn out on the snorkel tube till I feel zero play. I can see my first notch. I rotate to second notch then 3rd notch. On the third notch it has some play. If I rotate the shaft, there are some spots with zero play. Is this right? If I rotate to the 4th notch, I have a little play with no spots with zero play. Sorry if I don’t make sense. Trying to think of the best way to word it. It also makes some noise when I spin it. I’m assuming that’s normal sense I have no oil in it right now?
