was in a race and the trany popped out of gear and started to grind then got in gear, as soon as you give any gas it pops out. now it will not stay in any gear. is there any up grade or will the turbo trany bolt up and work. so what’s my options now. thanks

Hey Everyone….I’m new to this forum and have never owned or even ridden a side by side before. Recently I bought a salvaged 2015 rzr and I’m in the process of fixing it now so I can at least drive it. One of the problems I am having with it is with the steering. I can turn the wheels all the way to the right, but the steering will only turn only a little past straight to the left. I removed the tie rods from the wheels and both front wheels move freely left and right. I then removed the tie rod boots and visually looked at the rack and pinion while I moved the steering back and forth. I cant visually see anything wrong with it, but it still will not move much past center when turning to the left. I guess I’m wondering what typically goes wrong with the rack and pinion when they are damaged?

searched but couldn’t find anything. do you have to remove the front dif to get the prop shaft out. got it disconnected from the front and back. can’t get it apart in the middle. it seems to be hitting the front dif. after 4 hours I have no patience or hair left. any input would be greatly appreciated

Anyone know what the shock spring rate numbers r for the front and back tender springs on a 2 seater and on a 4 seater?

Can’t seem to find any info on head bolt torque specs for these 1000’s. Anyone know them? Thanks, Dan

Tonight I was leaving a buddies house on my 1000 and the power steering wasn’t working and the light was on. Turned off the machine and started it back and it worked like normal. Tried it several times and worked each time. Any ideas what this could be?

Anybody know if they sell a stiffer tender spring for the fox shocks, wanting to raise the front end up a couple inches to level up. Thanks for any info!
