OEM Wheel touch-up paint

Does Polaris have touch up paint for the OEM wheels on the 1000xp? If not has anyone found a match to the OEM wheel color? I have one that is pretty scratched up that I want to paint and use as a spare. Thanks for your help.

HCT or Evo reflash for the 1000?

Has anyone done this on the 1000 yet? I’m interested in these reflashes and was wanting some feedback on them? I already have the Sparks Stage 2 kit but I’m thinking about getting a reflash also. If anyone has it done let’s hear how you liked it. Is it worth it?

NEW xp rear Diff leak?

Hi Everyone,

So took the new rzr xp1k out for a ride a few times and noticed that there seems to be some purple fluid on the skid plate, not a lot but seems like at least a few drops. Rzr has about 30 miles on it. Seems to be coming from the case along the seam somewhere and the output shaft seems dry. It only seems to do it if ive been riding for a while, never while sitting and the level in the case appears fine.

Made the mistake of cleaning it before i took it to the dealer but explained the problem and the mechanic claims hes never seen the case leak on any 1000s so far.

I love the machine but i really hope this isn’t just the tip of the iceberg so to speak.

Anyone have similar experience? Am i just overreacting?

Thanks

’14 cuttin out at 6500rpm

Just curious if any one has had this happen. Mine started it this last trip. Would run great, then all of a sudden it would not rev passed 6500rpm, almost seemed like it was hitting a limiter or limp mode, no CEL or anything. After the second or third time of it happening I figured out I could stop, turn key off, then start it right back up and it was good to go for awhile until it did it again. I have read about it happening to people but not the shut off and start up part. Looks like injector or injector plugs is the problem to most cases. I hope to take to a dealer today, I have extended warranty

Want to load my xp1000 into the truck bed

I’m wondering if anybody is making a sleek deck style ramp to load a rzr xp1000 onto the bed of a pickup. We have a 31ft travel trailer that we tow plus the 14ft rzr trailer behind it. And it’s just too long for us to be comfortable towing it. Especially on icy roads in the winter going hunting. Our diesel isn’t flat bedded but that would be the preferred option we’d like to take. Thanks!
