looking for complete plastics for 14 xp1000 I rolled it a few times and pretty much tore every piece of plastic up on it… also need headlights and tail lights also… and all mounting hardware nuts and bolts that holds everything in place.
close to the Memphis tn area but willing to travel for the right price…

Can I special order a RZR with phased and balanced drive shafts? If not, there should be a upgrade. I am not sure what I should have expected though. I mean seriously, they sell you a machine with half of a door for goodness sake. Come on Polaris, lets grow up. I don’t need a fancy black light (mine actually has never worked), just give me a machine with phased and balanced drive shafts. Also i don’t mind buying a whole door, but don’t sell me a machine with half of one, and then tell me I have to buy the rest of it later.

Assault Industries has a new innovative design for the Polaris RZR platform. We’ve have designed and manufactured front shock guards. These shock guards protect your shocks shaft from being impacted by rocks, sticks sand and more that come from the outdoor elements. By not having these guards to protect your shocks, may cause shocks to leak, scratches and pits which will allow them to not preform 100%.
Have a issue that no one can figure out. I have called my mechanic and without it there he is out of ideas. I was on a trip and day 1 it ran great, never a hiccup. Went out the next morning, no start. tried everything. Here’s the list of things I tried.
checked plugs for carbon build up and tested spark, both spark.
checked fuel pump, works fine.
drained the fuel and put in new fuel just in case of bad fuel or too much ethanol or something weird.
checked filter, all clean.
checked fuel line by pulling hose off injector rail and turning on pump, all good.
checked spark under compression by leaving plugs in and putting in different plugs and checking, all good.
checked cams thinking maybe one broke after the ride, all good.
checked fuel for water, all good.
bought new plugs just to be sure.
Where it gets weird is even if you spray starting fluid in the box on the throttle bodies, it still doesn’t try and start.
Compression sounds perfectly normal while turning over motor.
I finally got the motor started by holding the pedal to the floor and just cranking on the motor. Very rough start but did smooth out after motor reached about 130*.
After that, it fires right up like nothing was ever wrong. Runs great and has 100% power, ran it all day long. As soon as the motor gets cold again, we have the same start issue again.
Any ideas would be welcome!
I’ll post a video of what it takes to get it started soon.
