So after three different front diffs and doing everything possible to get the noise to go away I’ve still had no luck. Moving the shim on the pinion gear, different oil weights, balancing and phasing drive shafts, sand works carrier bearing and shimming up the diff. None of those have worked at all. So seeing how the turbo RZR diff is different part number I’m curious to swap one into mine and see if it gets this damn noise gone. It would be awesome if anybody has one that could pull some measurements like the shaft size on the input shaft and the bolt pattern on the bottom of the diff where it mounts to frame. Any knowledge would greatly be appreciated.

Has anyone installed 30x10r14 mongrels on their stock xp1000 wheels? If so, how do you like them compared to the bighorns?

Just curious if anyone has relocated the grounds on their machine?

I just finished relocating my Voltage Regulator to behind the access panel and noticed that the ground location on the lower frame crossmember looks like a bit of a hokey setup.

That area seems like it would be constantly dirty.

Has anyone moved it higher up or maybe used a grounding block like this one?

Curious to see the track setup for Terracross and how quickly it is starting to fillup… Wont be there untill Thursday

I getting my 16 rzr 1000xp ready to race in utv rally Raid and some other xc and endro races this winter. Come spring time I want to race in any event that will have me. I have all ready ordered some OMF high positive offset beadlocks to narrow overall width down. I know I will also need a good cage and exhaust. What should I go with on exhaust and cage? I was thinking hmf for the exhaust with their fuel controller and gen4 a/f guage setup. Since a own 2016 model year rzr, no one make a clutch kit for it, and sparks racing says I can and should run heavier clutch weights for a 2015 car, is this what I should do til clutch kit becomes available or leave it alone til then? I know a need amber and blue chase lights and found a source for them. What else should I consider or need?? Doors, cage, exhaust, fuel programmer for exhaust,front bumper, fire suit ,and seats ,,,,,this is my current list.
What I am I missing??? Any help is much appreciated on what to buy aswell! My budget is s $8k-$11k minus the $1900 OMF wheels I just ordered. Trying to make the Nov 14th rally in AL and need to get my basically stock car ready for that aND other pro production class series. Any advice on what to get and buy and how to prep would be awesome.

MY 14 1K water pump seems to be leaking. I didn’t get Ext Warranty so the fix is on me. I ordered seals etc…, just wondering what kind of project I’m looking at. Also switching to Evans Waterless Coolant while I have the system drained.

Anyone get this bag yet? The bag looks good with 5 pockets. They don’t show the piping in green for the Titainium but looks like a great storage bag.
