Who has the best pricing for HD axles for a 2014 XP1K?

I need a stock length right rear axle for my 2014 XP1K if anyone has one or a set they would sell. If so, please call or text me at 913.244.3829.

Can’t decide whether to spend the extra 3k on the highlifter over the xp1000. Going to buy 2016 either way, sure like the power coated frame but not sure it’s worth it. Any help would be appreciated.

How many miles is everyone getting out of a belt?

I posted in another thread a few weeks ago about some sputtering issues I was having. Under WOT at around 40mph the RPM would rocket to 8500+ and it would start cutting out. The Hunterworks rep suggested it was the spider nut on the primary.

Today I was able to get the primary off and disassemble it. The nut was not hand loose, but I noticed there was a lot of slop in the bushing/shim that the assembly rides on. I took a picture of it:

Is that slop normal or is that the cause of my issues? Just tightening that up by tightening the spider nut should be good? Also, red locktite on the spider nut?

FWIW, this is a 2016 XP 1000 all stock motor and clutching with only ~300 miles.

I am running upgraded sway bar and support brackets. I keep breaking the bolts. They are grade 3/8 grade 8 bolts anyone else have this problem? I have replaced 8 of them. Attachment 148402

I have what feels like a low speed vibration. Don’t feel it when on the gas. Feels like rocks or something loose about to come off, feels like it might be under my feet. Came on kind of sudden.

What are the symptoms of carrier bearing going bad? I took the console off and moved the drive shafts by hand. Not much play just sitting still.

Ideas? All other components seem tight (wheels, a-arms, axles, etc).

Would like ideas and experience with this kind of issue – not all the ideas about every noise issue. 🙂 I have tried to read as much as I can. Most of the carrier threads talk about replacing, but not what it felt like.
