I have 2 2015 1000’s both with about 3500 miles. I have been working on clutches all stock replacement stuff. With the cars in park you hit the gas my wifes car rev’s right up if you do the same to mine it rev’s slower at first then up. When you let off the gas hers drops right off mine tapers off. I know it should have nothing to do with the clutch because it in park.

Tried to chop the cage on my 2015 1000 xp HLE. Didn’t turn out so well, so I’m looking for a new cage. I know houser makes one but it’s currently a little out of my price range. Anyone know of any other options that will fit?

I’m trying to save some pennies. Im about to purchase a soft top with front a rear windows made by quad gear i found online that fit a rzr 800. Im aware ill have to cut and modify it to fit were the rear roll bars connect to the cage. my main concern is that it will not fit at all. im not home to find the cage dimensions to see if the 800 and 1000 are close enough to make this work. The dimensions for the quad gear top are 92 L x 42 W. thanks for any help

Hey guys. This is probably going on my fourth post about my backfire.

First question before we get started. While my backfire happens (every time) I lose all lights. Headlights, probably taillights, speedo lights, underfloor blue light etc. Does that mean my backfire is completely an electrical issue? Could it be a bad ground causing all that? I think I can eliminate an exhaust leak because of this right?

So with that question out there, this is what I’ve done so far. It started with an aftermarket exhaust. Backfired like crazy. Installed a power commander and it helped for a few months. Because it was good for a few months and then started up again makes me think it’s unrelated. Anyways, replaced the air filter. And replaced the fuel injector plug wires on the passenger side.

Other ideas I have are the exhaust spark arrestors and new spark plugs. I did inspect the spark plugs and they look fine. But I am not convinced these ideas will help because of the electrical issues previously stated.

GPS Mount Kit | Polaris RZR Store

Has anyone seen this yet? This mount looks very promising for the setup I am trying to do, but I can’t find any information on this mount. There appears to be a rendering of an HDS7 "mounted" in an XP 1000 on the polaris website, but it’s just floating there next to the steering wheel.

I am interested in getting a HDS7 Gen2 Touch and using this mount. Anyone have any information?

Recently found one of my clutches not releasing the belt during idle. I’d like to clean them without removing them. Two reasons. One, I don’t have a clutch puller for the primary. And two, even if I did get both off. I wouldn’t feel comfortable tearing the clutches apart to clean them. Can I get a decent clean this way?

I found this online. It’s for a 800 rzr I think but the only difference is where the clutches are. Nyroc’s ATV info website

I was installing the Shock Therapy front sway bar and disconnected the wiring harness to the front differential. Moved the rzr into the shed for the night and when I backed it out to finish the install I noticed the check engine light on.
The error code on the speedo is 520207 which is AWD control circuit. Reconnected the harness but the check engine light will not go out. How do I clear the system to make the warning light go out.
