So after forking out $1,100 on the denali plow setup and 3500 winch from motoalliance I find out I need whats known as a "bus bar kit" to install it. Apparently Warn winches come with this. I specifically asked before I purchased if I had everything I needed.
Another $100 for the bus bar kit… what is this? And why wouldn’t they sell it with the kit
What is the general consensus regarding the use of, or avoiding, fuel containing ethanol?
Other than the common issues with lengthy storage are there any known problems using gas containing alcohol?
Do the RZRs see any appreciable performance or reliability gains with non-alcohol fuel?
I checked with Polaris and they will only sell me the whole Sprague with the rollers and clips. I only need 2 clips .Does anyone know where I can get them/ Any help is extremely appreciated?
I recently installed a new Sparks Racing Clutch kit on my XP1000.
Everything went together great.
When I removed the secondary and primary I made myself a spacing tool at 10.5" on my mill. I measured it after I was done and it came out to 10.501 so close enough for government work.
When I put it on to check dimensions the tool would not fit over the shafts and after measuring the output shaft to input shaft measured about 10.450" ish.
What is the tolerancing spec for this?
I have never broke a belt and the new kit seems to be a big improvement over my 2014 stock clutch.
I would say I have 15% more power during acceleration.
I max out at 8050rpm so there is probably a little room for improvement but overall I am happy.
What do you guys think about the spacing tolerance?
So I am looking for a mount to hold a spare rear axle for a Rzr 1000. I could have sworn I seen one at the sand sport show. I googled and searched the forums can anyone advise me to who sells one.
Has anybody put these on? Hoping to get a little feedback. Just got a set for my 2015 Monochrome. Running the 5" bracket lift and hoping that it will help give a little more ground clearance.
Here’s the link for anybody who hasn’t seem them RZR Springs

I recently purchased the Polaris MB Quart sound bar 8. It appears that i will need a harness to complete the install. Does anyone know which harness i will need? Or can i cut the connector off and hard wire the sound bar to the busbar? The connector has a red, black, blue and orange wire. I called MB Quart and they could not release any information other than i would need to buy a wiring harness from my dealer. The guy said they were told by Polaris not to tell anybody how to wire up the unit.
