Front and rear axles

Does anybody know for sure if there is a difference between a 14 and 15 xp1000 front and rear axles ? I have a 14 and 15 being built for the upcoming worcs race series and it would be nice to just have to buy axles for one and work for both. Thanks

Rear Wheel Toe In

does anyone think that using a couple of washers between the carrier and the trailing arm front bolts to shim out the bearing carrier is a bad thing or should I have a custom shim made to get it toed out,,

passenger side is toed in ever so slightly and wearing that tire more than the others,,

stuck a thin ( .054 ) washer in there and bolted it up, settled it in, and its real close, may need to go a little thicker

Polaris rear panel for XP1K has changed or not avail?

I am looking for the original design, it came with a tinted window in a canvas wrap with Velcro attachments, and the bottom up just past the seat belt attachment on the horizontal rear bar had a hard plastic covering it.

I ordered from the book, and got this cheesy clear plastic window on canvas, for $260.00!! Tusk sells the exact same thing for $59.00

Can any XP1K guys/vendors help me find one?

31″ or 32″ BFG: Supporting Mods?

The park I goto, Hidden Falls, has open trails, tight woods, and rock crawling.
Not sure if the 31" or 32" tire would be better.
Primarily I’m looking for clearance and rock performance.
So far, I’m looking at the Zbroz 2" offset high clearance a-arms.

Are there any other mods I should do to support the larger tires? Anyone prefer 31" over 32"?

ISO XP1K Fusebox or Complete Wireing Harness

Hello I am having problems with corrosion in my fuse box and I don’t even water or mud ride. It happens after its get washed. So what I am trying to do is relocate it up higher out of harms way. I am looking for a fuse box with wire still attached or a complete harness thank you
