4×4 switch wiring help
I bought a new 4×4 switch from UTV inc so that it would light up blue to match the rest of the switches on my dash. I can’t for the life of me get it to work. I can either get the 4×4 to work or the 4×4 with one light and one light is dim. I am looking for assistance to hook this thing up and get it working right. I do also have a switch for whip lights that I could wire for the 4×4 if it would work better and i could just switch the face plates.
Ssv works sub
I was looking for a comparison between the sub behind the seats or the sub that goes with the glove boxes. Anyone have any actual information on which sounds better works better. What kind of modifications are required with using either one. Maybe some pictures,

What gauges are people running?
What are the most useful gauges for the XP 1000? I will be installing a Belt temp gauge along with the Alba blower. I am also contemplating 2 other gauges.
1. Water temperature gauge – my riding is Glamis, Ocitillo Wells, High desert( Stoddard Wells road and Johnson Valley. Reasoning is hot weather means monitor engine temp.
2. Volt Meter gauge – reasoning for this is the threads I read on the voltage regulator failing. I will be running 2 85 watt halogen Piaa lights.

Give me some feedback on what you think are the most useful gauges to be running.
trailing arms bottoming out on polaris rear bumper
Another thread had me checking welds, I found that the lower rear suspension arms have bottomed out against the bumper tubes, the welds on tubes are broken and the arms are flattened and stressed " cracked paint" anyone else seen this? YET

Belt failure 29 hours on machine
My belt was broke in correctly. Did about 10-15 hours of very light riding on it. Started getting some weird problems out of it this last weekend. Felt to me like the secondary wasn’t shifting the sheaves correctly. Brought it to Dothan power sports and they blew the belt driving the machine. Told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with the machine and are now charging me labor and money for a new belt. What gives? I just inspected the belt prior to bringing it in. There were no problems with it.
