Hey guys, I blew my primary fixed sheave and Polaris doesn’t sell the fixed sheave as a standalone item. I have no use for a full replacement clutch and an upgrade isn’t in the budget right now.

Anyone gone with an upgraded primary and still have the stock one kicking around that they would be willing to sell me? It’s been almost a month and I need to get back on the trail!

Hello guys I’m running a stock 2015 xp1k and
1)I’m just wondering what my max water depth is. I’m assuming I can go as deep as the intake part that’s covered by frogskinz just above the rear tires.
2)will water pass through the frogskinz if water is slashed on them while going through water?
3)do I have to worry about anything having to do with the clutch, venting/breathing.
Side note: I can’t snorkel it cause it will void warranty.

I have Knine doors, which mount to the factory door frame, and the driver side frame rattles like crazy at the top hinge. Anyone have a fix for this?

Gonna put harnesses in my fox edition. Does it have a seat belt sensor? It runs fine without being buckled now. But don’t want to be out on trail and it decides to limit my speed. Don’t see any wires or anything for the stock harnesses

Anyone used these before. I think the one i got might be defective. Its like it wont magnatise. It old one sticks strong to a magnet. This one will barely hold its own weight. Not here to bash super atv at all. There customer service is the best in the business

I’m on my 3rd regulator and the voltage is still hovering at 12.0-12.6 and the regulator is getting smoking hot. Swapped to brand new battery and voltage is good with it . Could the stator be my problem? When cold and running in low around 10-15mph the output on the voltage will hover around 14.0 as it gets further down the road and warmer the voltage continues to drop. About 1-2 mile down the road I’m at 11.8-12.0 and 10mph in low. My other xp 1000 stays at a constant 14.3v and only varies maybe .1-.2 volts. I’m pretty much thinking it has to be a toasted stator but want to make sure if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks
