Just got back from the first trip to the dunes with the XP1K. First night I was there I was going up a chute/ruts with the RZR and had made it. Didn’t think I had any issues, but as I got back to camp I quickly realized my left front tire was spewing air out out between the rim and the bead of the tire. Took the wheel off and tried cleaning some sand out of the bead, but to no avail. Every time I tried to clear sand the leak popped up elsewhere.
Thank god I brought my little travel air compressor.
Is this a normal issue with the stock wheels? Keep in mind the first night I was running pretty close to stock air pressure.
The rest of the machine did great. Was extremely pleased with how it performed stock. It does buck in the woops a bit, but I don’t have the funds for a whole new shock setup, still put a HUGE grin on my face.
Just curious if anyone else with the factory PRP seat is seeing the seat bottom side bolsters flattening out? Mine are now lower than the middle part of the seat. I have about 500 miles on them. Anyone one else seeing this issue?
Hey guys, Just got my HL and can’t be any happier. I sure hope it’s half as good as my XP900 was. Haven’t got to ride it yet, but i hope to next weekend. So far i’ve put a front and rear windshield and new set of 30 inch tires. I’d like to put a top on it this week, but not really sure which one to go with, Factory Polaris or UTVGiant , both has poz and neg concerns. Any other items i need to be looking at? Mostly ride in WV on the outlaw and HFM trails. Not a big mudder
I just installed the Team Alba Racing CVT Blower Kit today. It has the clutch temp gauge and blower for cooling. I have not been able to drive it with this system installed but have let the rzr idle and gassed it. The temp gauge is not moving off of 120. What is the usual clutch temp at idle? Should I be getting higher temps as a rev the engine? I will call Alba tomorrow but just checking here for answers sooner
The castle nut on my primary came loose and it wouldn’t shift out past 50 MPH. I’m assuming there is a special socket to reinstall this nut? Is this socket required or can I use a punch? Also, does anyone know what to torque it at?
