I am looking at buying a new 1000xp here at the end of the year with the rebates. First off just from looking around and seeing quite a few of you getting your rzr’s at Abernathy, I asked a friend from my area in Illinois and he said none of them around here were getting there from there because the dealers around here weren’t wanting to do warranty work if your rzr was from there. Have any of you experienced this? I haven’t had a dealer say this to me, just a friend who’s word I trust.
Also I do a lot of creek riding where snorkels are a must, any of you who’ve put the high lifter snorkels on your rzr’s has your dealers honored the warranty?
Third question. Would any of you care to share what you’re paying out the door for a high lifter 2016 model. The dealer I’m talking with is 3500 over the regular xp on a highlifter. I’m trying to get a few things thrown in on both deals.

I took my nephews out for some rides today, working on maintaining my cool Uncle standing. There were a lot of bumps and such, and something shook the coolant overflow line into the fan. I was up on a hill and smelled coolant. Made it down fine, but it did cut the rides short.
Shouldn’t be to hard to fix, but I need to figure out how to keep it from happening again.
The driver side hood release seems to be misaligned now, so I think something might have shifted. Hopefully it isn’t anything major.

This is my first SXS previously had a Can Am Renegade. I mostly ride trails (HMT) and Busco Beach. Are these two items needed for my style of riding? I don’t mind some rocks, but not a fan of going over boulders that are bigger that a car. Are the stock skid plates sufficient enough? Thanks all I don’t mind spending the money just want to make sure it is worth the coin.
Im looking at installing navi in my 15 highlifter 1000. Im liking the Polaris intelligent system but the lowerance units look good too. I like the that the polaris system sits higher on the dash and may be easier to see. Concerned about the quality of maps and functions on the polaris system. Feedback?
