I just got back from hatfield mccoy trails just over a week ago. The last day the rear end made noise only when the body rolled or 1 side went over something. Noises drive me nuts. If i grab my sway bar and push it towards the other side of the machine it has 1/4-1/2" of play. It makes a knocking noise. I checked a new 15 at the dealer and it has zero play. So i ordered bushings thinking it had to be worn. It is still the same. Anybody else confirm that there sway bar moves ,or doesn’t move from passenger side to drivers side.And if it didn’t do it before and the bushings are good how could the noise have started? I’ve read that people tighten the links.

Which windshield is the better choice for the rzr? We ride in the winter here in Louisiana but it seems like I heard before the 1/2 windshield is good even for winter riding. What is everyone’s thoughts?

I was reading on the Forum about belt issues but all I really found was on the 2014 models and very few about early 2015 models. Has the problem been looked at yet by Polaris or somewhat fixed? The type of riding we do I don’t think I’ll really have to stress about a belt too much since it’s not rough on the machine by any means and wot is few and far between. It seems easy enough to change the belt on one when i need to down the road.

I washed my car last night and cleaned it up a little and then put it back in the garage…..this morning I noticed the tail lights were very dimly lit up. I cycled the key and let the delay do its thing and they still stayed on (dimly lit) and I hit the brake pedal a few times and the brake light switch is working.

I unhooked the battery real quick before I left for work this morning and figured I would research it today as well as mention it to the "RZR forums family" for a head start to solving the problem when I get home LOL!

I figure on looking at the fuse panel and seeing if I got it wet or something. It didn’t do this before I washed it yesterday so I figure it is something simple.

Anyone had this issue? Thanks in advance for any info!!!

I was just wondering what everyone is using for a replacement
bearing for their carrier or hanger bearing on a xp 1000.
Stock, aftermarket (if there is one) or automotive .
Part numbers or location to buy would be appreciated.

don’t recall but, is there supposed to be this play in here or did the spider back off??
