So I was trying different mounting locations and can’t get things to line up just right. Decided they will work much better up top than down below but you have to flip the mount over so that it points upwards rather than downwards.
The issue with this is that when they fold, the edge of the mirror will now hit the mount before the last detente engages, it would need another mm to fully engage.
Here is a picture, the mount setup properly on the left, and flipped on the right, you can see the right is much more level and gets the mirror up a little higher, but then it will not fold right 🙁
Is there a way I can change something to make the detent catch when folded in, rather than having the edge of the metal housing hit the mount? Or maybe I should just run it like this anyways?
Also I notice the mirror is sorta wavey only about 60-70% of it is usable without distortions.
The SLP slip on muffler is advertised at 95.5 decibels @ 4200 rpm. But that doesn’t tell me anything without knowing how it compares to a stock muffler? Does anyone have information on the decibel level of a stock exhaust set-up? Or any other aftermarket mufflers on an XP1K?
