Clutch Noise Question

Noticed a clicking in my primary clutch yesterday. This isn’t the normal clutch noise. Most notably under acceleration and when getting back on the throttle after at turn. Also shift out RPM’s are down from 8800 to 8200. Popped cover off and sound was worse of course. Took off primary this morning and noticed bolt was easy to break tension with a ratchet. Haven’t started inspecting primary yet. Any thoughts on what it may be?

Finally picked up my xp 1000!

Yesterday we finally went to get my 15′ voodoo blue xp 1000. This thing is a blast and power really feels on par with my scrambler 850. Only things done to it so far are the no limit octane wheels, wet sounds soundbar, Polaris lower door kit, and an aluminum roof which I have to go back to get Friday. Can’t wait to do a few more things to it such as bumpers all the way around, probably exhaust and tuner, some billet on the inside, cargo box in the back, and some harnesses. Front driveline noise in my new xp1000

Do I need to worry about this? It literally has maybe 3 hours on it right now and I heard it as soon as I got it home. It would seem to be a problem down the road. I do have an extended warranty on it but should I take it to have it balanced and fixed correctly? I know it’s a common problem just looking for suggestions thanks!

Primary clutch questions

Hopefully HUNTERWORKS steps in here cause I saw something about this in another thread when looking up info about the dalton clutch…

I have 32’s on my rzr and getting a ton of belt slip now when barely trying to get going/crawling up and over stuff and will prob get the dalton kit if it’ll work for me.

Anyways in another thread I saw where the clutch was only supposed to have 1 blue washer in front of the castle nut and of course mine has 2. What are the side affects of having 2 washers/what will change if I take 1 out?

Also getting more shiny spots on my sheaves…from the belt slipping I assume, how do you get rid of them? Seems like it just makes it easier to slip on the same areas in the future, even if i have the clutch kit put in as well??
