Replacement ends for super atv radius rods

Was having a blast at the badlands off-road park in Indiana when I snapped an outer ends to the radius rod shattering my wheel, tearing up my tire and tweaking my trailing arm. Luckily had a spare rod back at the truck and a great group of friends to help me put it back together.

With that said, where can I get replacement ends for the radius rods and what size do I need? I already bought assault industry HC rods but would like to have these as a spare set.

Rzr 1000 new sand paddle issue

So I have a brand new set of 8 paddle STI V-Roll Sand Paddles. A brand new 2015 rzr 1000 that was just taken out for the first time and within 50-100 miles of driving I noticed tears in the paddles on both tires. They were driven from our camp spot for about 3 min each way to get to the sand about 5-10 mph. I did drive back and forth to the sand from our camp spot about 4 times before I noticed the tears in the paddles. I was not hard on these tires due to the fact I was taking it easy on the new belt to properly break it in.

On the passenger side tire all 8 paddles have tears in them and the drivers side 4 of the paddles have tears. I have purchased the same exact tires for my 2014 rzr 1000 and they had no issues with them, and they had way more miles on them driving in the same areas. (some gravel, some asphalt, and sand.

I contacted the place I purchased them from and they said the manufacture would not warranty them since it looks like they have been driven on the asphalt/gravel. The best they would do is give me a discount on a new set. Well yes they were driven on asphalt/gravel, many people use their sand paddles on some gravel/asphalt.

So has any one seen this on paddles with so little miles? Is this normal? I have had another set of STI V Rolls and Sand Strippers and I never had this happen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bullydog GT tuner

Just installed my bullydog. Had a couple of issues and bullydog was quick to get back to me and help me with my problems. They were very patient on the phone as I ran around my garage and inside to my PC to take care of the problem! Kudos to them.

Studs for RZR 1000… ?

12×1.5 correct?

im assuming i can grab these out of a parts bin at auto parts store.. anyone know what actual vehicle shares that stud?

i changed studs in a civic before, 12×1.5 but the guy at auto parts store (probably wrong and retarded) is telling me 12×1.5 could be a lot of different ones. (whereas i thought 12 was the diameter of bolt and 1.5 was the pitch of the threads)

also.. the nuts… are they conical or tapered seat? the machine is missing it’s wheel/studs in the woods so i dont have it on hand to check.

What DOT tire size to get?

Hello,

Right now I am running the stock tires and I hear that the cops do not necessarily like that. So want to pick up some new DOT approved tires that are also great for the desert/trail. Right now I believe that the RZR 1000 has 29" tires, if I want to keep the same power and top speed should I be looking at getting the same 29" tires? Any suggestions would be much apprieciated, and any brands you might recommend.

Thank you,

Phoenix, AZ RZR owner

VIPER MAX vs. VIPER ELITE winch differences

Hey Gang,
One of the most common questions we get relates to the differences between our VIPER MAX and VIPER ELITE series of winches, and which one is right for you.

Our lead tech, Caleb, created a new video describing some of the main differences for help.

Out of our thousands of MAX and ELITE winches sold each year, I would say it’s about 60% MAX and 40% ELITE.

Hope this helps. And, again, thanks for the great support of our VIPER winches!
