I’m starting to regret my Xp 1000 purchase. First shocks, maybe my fault. Next wasn’t even on it that hard and inner disc on primary clutch snapped in two and no go. I would like to buy a aftermarket clutch, but budget doesn’t allow 2000. Any other ideas?

The guy I purchased from bought new from Abernathys, with most of the aftermarket stuff already. So hope you guys can help me get a few things answered.
First it has a dragon fire quick release steering wheel. To me it looks like it is either missing a piece or installed incorrect. See pics. Any help would be great. I have sent an email to dragonfire also.
Second lots of Proarmour stuff including cage. One thing that seems crazy is looks very difficult to get to transmission fill plug with how the rear part is attached. Also I couldn’t believe how many bolts on cage and roof were already rusted. I guess I will have to replace with stainless or repaint. I will use a amsoil MPHD on all bolt heads going forward.
Basically just going through machine and checking everything over and doing fluid change and service on all. 200 miles and 14 hrs. Got a great deal and can’t wait to ride.
Anyone know if the vent line is open to the tank or is there a check valve or restrictor? With the tank cap off my vent hose does not flow air either way. I checked the hose all the way to the tank and it is not linked and looks good. Reason I am asking is I am getting gas smell and the engine cuts out when the tank gets below 1/2. I’ve already done the injector and position wiring repair. I just ordered a new $400 fuel pump (ouch) but haven’t installed it yet. Thanks in advance

[IMG][/IMG]Looking to sell 5 32x10x14 rocktanes, with 4 rides 120 miles, no big slits, just a little rounded. The 32’s are deeper lugged then 30’s so there still a quarter deep. Looking for $650 shipped to lower 48 states. Bought 5th tire for spare, its brand new.
I replaced my voltage regulator at 760 miles this is what happened. I just replaced it last week. I went riding this weekend i put about 5 hours and 40 miles and it is doing this again… bad regulator or stator or some other issue? Can anyone help me?
Just got a new Wetsounds 10 sound bar and was wondering if wiring it direct to the battery was the correct way as long as it is fused close to the battery(5 inches or less)? I don’t want it to pull the battery down as it sits for extended periods at times just wasn’t sure if it drew any power when off, I read on here somewhere that this was the preferred way but was just making sure.
