I’m trying to fab my own roof. What dimensions worked out the best for any of you that made your own? It looks like 44Wx46L would get close. What thickness worked best? I have access to 1/8th inch thick sheet aluminum. I was wondering if that is to thick?

Does anyone want to go to stoney lonesome this weekend?

It seems like my rear brakes lock up too easy. I did a search and it seems that they’re supposed to lock up before the fronts, but it doesn’t seem to take that much pressure and the back of the RZR is coming around too easy.

I check the pads for wear and they still look good. the rotors don’t have any wear and the pads are all wearing even. They measure about 9/64 does anyone know how thick they are new?

Is there any adjustment to change the pressure to the rears?

I have a chance to purchase a brand new set of 30x9x14 gorilla silverback tires. will they work on the stock rear rim of a 2014 RZR 1000? if so, has there been any issues running 9 " gorillas all around.
