I have the Polaris 6 Point Harness and love them, the retractable shoulder belts are so nice compared to the Dragon Fire harness I used to have. BUT I heard Polaris stopped selling these because of issues, does anyone have more information on this topic?
I have a 2016 High Lifter that is just now in for its first service. Unfortunately, it also has a crack in the transmission case. The dealer informed me that they are calling Polaris to see if it’s covered??? It has 98 miles and 18 hours on it. I heard it snap when traveling on flat land. Is this a common problem? Dealer is saying that they have never had it happen.
Hey everyone. I have a 2016 esp 1000. So I do a lot of desert riding and looking for a great setting for my shocks. I have WE shocks that came with the 1000. I’m also looking for the proper number of clicks for the stick settings as well.
Hey guys. I’ve had my Vertex 2200 two way UHF radio installed below my dry storage box in the past. I’m 6’3" and my right knee always seems to be laying against the radio when I ride. Not very comfortable. Currently, I have the dry box lid removed and it shoved in there. I have the overhead SSV stereo installed as well. I’m wondering when others have installed their two way radios in the 1000XPs. I’m really not an advocate for roof installation because I don’t want the mic cord swinging in my face all day.
Installed the Dragonfire Highback XL seats designed for bigger guys. It is not really a racing seat, but it does offer a little more room left to right. I am 6’4 320 lbs. What I discovered during the install was that I could do a simple mod and get 2 more inches of legroom. The stock seat base installs directly onto the aftermarket seat. There are 4 stock holes. I moved each of them up 2 inches which moves the seat back to create the additional legroom. I also had to remove the lever for the seat adjustment to make it work, but no big deal. On my model there is also u shaped support bracket that is attached to the cage behind the seat. I used a cutoff wheel to remove this part. You will notice that I did not remove from the passenger side. See the attached pics to see the difference between the driver and passenger seats. Other pics show seat base and how the bolt hole was moved forward. The final pics show the space relationship between the rear of the seat and the cage.

And I’ve cleaned the connection. Any ideas? I have 1800 miles on the matchine
