Does anyone out there have a RZR 1k that has ridden in the black hills? Im curious about the size of the machine fitting on the bridges and getting over the cattle guard bridges and such. I know there are some trails (>5%)that are very narrow with the poles up before you enter that it wouldn’t fit. Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

Inner Demon Motorsports Billet Aluminum Grills available for the 2014-2016 RZR XP 1000 and RZR XP 4 1000 and the 2015-2016 RZR S 900. This Grill has been CNC machined out of 3/16" 6061 aluminum. The 4 inserts have also been machined out of high impact Delrin and then inlaid into the outer aluminum frame using stainless steel hardware. The inserts can be easily replaced if damaged, but these things will take a beating. The outer aluminum frame has been powder coated to match the factory Polaris Graphics and Body Colors. Our custom designed and machined mounting clips are made from Delrin as well and isolate the grill from rattling. Available in Blue, White, Red, Orange, Metallic Gray, and Metallic Silver powdercoat. My 2014 XP 1 K with 1500 miles just started having problem with getting too hot at first fan kicks on at 204 then cools right down ,but after it cycles a few times gets up to 212 then cycles on then up to 220 and finally gets to where engine light comes on before it cycles. Let it set and cool down and same thing. Replaced relay cleaned contacts. Any suggestions?
Traded my my 14 xp900 on a 15 xp1k recently after being on a couple rides, it does great in the trails, but when i get on a road or something and accelerate, it completely loses power at around 40mph probably. im completely lost. All ive done basically is a slip on gibson, and 30x10x14 blackwaters on all 4 corners. Any idea on what the issue would be would be great!:redrzr:
Wanted to let everyone know how impressed I am with the Uni Foam Filter for XP1000 and XP4s. No, I’m not paid to say this…
The Uni Filter is a reusable, 2 stage foam filter which uses oil to block dust, dirt and grime. Air flow is as good or better than any paper filter and [IMO] there isn’t a filter on the market that keeps your engine cleaner.
Granted, cleaning and re-oiling the filter can be a pain, but for me it’s worth not having to shell out $70 every few rides.
I recently did a 500 miler in Baja, along with 4 other RZRs. The filter was filthy, but once removed, I found absolutely ZERO dust in the intake. That’s more than I can say for any other RZR filter I’ve used…
I’m an ex motocross guy and have used foam filters for decades. For me, the clean up is something I’m used to…

Bought a set of rhino axles for the front and the hard plastic boots tore within 10 minutes of riding. Anyone know where I can get some soft rubber cv boots? Both outer boots on the front axles tore in the same place.
