Just started up my 2015 for the first time in a couple weeks, and the fuel pump is spraying gas out from the pump-to-fuel line connection piece. This is the 2nd time this has happened on this 1000, so this fuel pump is almost brand new. The white plastic piece that goes into the 90 deg. angle fuel-line connection is cracked…same thing that happened last time. These fuel pumps are being installed correctly, and I’m not doing anything that would cause it to crack. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m trying to figure out how this keeps happening. Are there any upgraded fuel pumps available, and any parts that protect the top of the fuel pump so it’s not as exposed?
So Can-Am have their new 2016 models on their site – they are now up to 131hp. I’ve been looking at racing my RZR for some time, but all the rules state that you have to have a "stock" motor….how is my 107hp ever supposed to compete with 131hp? That’s a 22.4% power difference. If I can’t put a turbo on and race the same class, the only options are to go to the unlimited (which also means you have to have unlimited $) or sell the RZR and by a Caned Ham.
Something doesn’t seem quite right. Also, it’s not like the RZR has a huge advantage on the suspension – it might be a little better, but not enough to compensate for the motor differences.
For those that race, what is your experience so far?

I thought I it would be nice to drive my RZR back to it’s Birthplace where it was made in Roseau Minnesota, was only about 120 miles for the round trip of forest roads, trails, mininium maintance roads and gravel roads:)

Hello, just wanted to show you my build that I spent a fair amount of my time in the spring rebuilding. It turned out great and was worth it. I am the owner of a large canadian snowmobile and atv forum and with the help of several of my sponsors they made this happen. I did all the design and mechanical work myself. Electrical took awhile, it even has the air horn. And yes the roof has the flag.
