so im having a hard time deciding which one to buy either the RZR 1000 xp used around 17k or a new 1000s for around 16500 OTD. both have their upsides the S is smaller for fitting in the toy hauler or on tighter trails also it has a better power to weight ratio. but the xp I believe would be better on the dunes which is atleast 60% of the riding i do. what do you guys think is the better bet

I might remove the valve cover, but I was thinking to just stick a dowel down the spark plug hole and find TDC that way. Which Cylinder is the PTO cylinder though?
Also is there a way to activate the oil pump before the RzR is started? On my Car you can hold the gas pedal down and try to crank the engine over (it disables the spark when you do this). I’m guessing the RzR isn’t so smart though.

Wide Open Design’s High Clearance Fully Fabricated A-Arms are fabricated from 1/8" plate steel with internal bracing. These arms are CAD designed and laser cut for accuracy. Then, jigged and welded out in house. These arms will bolt directly into the stock location. An optional upgrade to RCV Balljoints is available! Arguably the strongest solution available.
Lifetime Warranty on the fabrication of the arms.

Built from 1/8" plate steel

I noticed a lot of clattering coming from my clutch snorkels so I pulled the cover thinking it was the belt. I found that the 3 weight bolts on the primary move back and forth. It causes a clinking sound. Ive never really looked into the clutches on these rzrs but I don’t think there should be any play in those bolts, right?.
I am looking to replace the center carrier bearing on my 15 Xp1k. I have seen on here that someone used the HB-31 and someone used the HB-26. I am trying to figure out which one is the correct part number.
Just picked up a great shape 2014 with 76hrs and 1200 miles. What all should I look for far as making sure it is good to go for riding. I’d hate to just get on it when there are possible mods that need to be done that the prior owner might have missed or not known about. Thanks for any tips and help. Loving this forum more and more. Learning tons!!
