I have a 2014 rzr1000. Every now and then under extreme heat conditions my fan will not come on and I over heat. The dealer told me it was the radiator cap. I changed that and same problem. I pulled the 20a circuit breaker out and replaced it with a 20A fuse. As soon as the fan came on the fuse blew. So I changed the breaker out. Today I tested the current on the fan and it is drawing 31.87 amps on start up. Is this normal? I’m thinking I have a bad fan and after to many fan cycles the breaker is over heating and not resetting. When the fan doesn’t come on I can turn off the key for a moment then turn it back on and the fan starts.

Looking to replace big horns on my 1000 with 30" roctanes. We ride a combination of mud and rocks typically in Tennessee. What are your thoughts on the XD’s vs XS?

I have read in this forum about all of the body roll of the 1k. I bought mine over a year ago in Utah and put 2500 miles on it in Moab. Still have the original belt and no issues except how stiff it is. My son has a 1k and several friends and they all are much softer. I took 1 inch out of the adjustment and that helped some. Its still much stiffer than all of them and zero body roll. everything is stock , don’t know what it is, maybe wrong springs. Hard to tell without testing them. Anyone else have this problem?

My xp 1000 is pretty new but just would like to see what you guys recommend. Most of my riding is trails/rocks and hill climbing. I think the stock setup needs a little help, at least in the springs. Thanks.

Does anyone make a cage that fits accessories made for the stock Polaris unit? Seems like most are made lower and triangulated for strength. It would be for a xp4 1K. Thanks.

Landed clean on a table top and when I engaged the throttle, no go! Any gear! Vehicle will also roll in any gear selected. When is AWD selected there is no WD. Park will hold however. Haven’t taken the clutch cover off yet, kinda avoiding the issue until I could some expert feedback. Thanks in advance.
