I was curious if anyone is running the STI HD5 beadlock. I was wanting to know about the spacing vs the factory wheels. If it made ur RZR 1000 wider

2015 1000 2 seater . 8 months old . 1000 miles 75 hours .

First off running down the road at a steady speed it will stall out for 10-20 sec he engine will free wheel and then hit hard with a really loud bang and take back off . Took the clutch apart primary and secondary couldnt find any thing wrong every thing seamed to move freely with no binding and all springs are good .

Second problem . Front end started pooping he other night . Took the front diff apart every thing looked good cleaned it and reinstalled it . Checked the cv’s felt tight and all wheel bearings are good. Carrier bearing is good . Only pops while under a load . Will not do it while on jack stands in the shop .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys I’m new to the forums. Im looking to buy a driver side tie rod boot for my 2014 1000. does anyone know where i could find one? I’ve read that you have to buy the whole rack if you try to get it through polaris.
