Have a 2015 1000xp with standard speedo dash. looking for ideas on switch plates. Looking for 4 additional switches plus a hole for an Alba belt temp gauge. Red a plus Like to see some ideas and pictures from some builds.

I’ve owned pretty much every rzr made lol. 800s, 2 -900s, 900xp and now 1000xp. Honestly power wise it doesn’t feel that much greater than the 900’s until it’s wound out for a second. Anyways I love it and will be adding plenty of stuff. Already have the special carriers a-arms and radius rods ordered, it’s sitting on sti bead locks and 30" mongrels, has a mtx audio system, rock sliders , and aluminum grill. I would like to change out the springs soon" deciding on whose to go with" to something a little better and plan on doings full cage and ecu tune and clutch kit.

My local dealer has a 2015 FOX edition in stock, i’m interested in upgrading and i’m wondering what ya’ll think would be a fair price to try and talk them down to? i’ve seen them at ride now online for 19 and some change. Do you guys think that it could get it cheaper since the 2016’s are coming out AND turbos are starting to ship? I’d love a turbo, but if i can get a 2015 for a good deal i’m 100% content with that. lol thanks in advance for the advice/help.

This is my Dad’s machine. When he bought it, the dealer mounted the license plate frame right by the right rear shock reservoir with a flimsy plastic bracket that was intended for a trailer, it just looked cheesy, so i decided to build a different one. I bought a frame from Radiantz, than built a box style mount for the frame to mount under the lip just below the bed. It’s made from some thin gauge steel, it’s one piece with two welds on the sides for the supports. I just wanted to share how i mounted a plate for anyone who’s looking to do this, here’s a few pictures, if anyone wants different or better pictures, let me know.

I am wondering if you guys can help me out. I was out of town so I had my dad pick me up a dealer demo 2014 xp1k sight unseen. He took it to my place 5 hours north of my house and dropped it off for me to use.

Yesterday was the first time I got to see / drive the machine. The machine was sold to me with 255 miles and was even written on the bill of sale. I find this mileage very hard to believe after inspecting the machine I would guess its more like 1000 or more. Where are the engine hours stored in the ecu?

Basically when looking at it the glove box cover is missing they noted and ordered, the steering wheel is cracked they noted and ordered. The stuff I noticed is the front lower a arm is bent. The drivers side rear shock does not match the passenger side it has a black tender spring instead of white, and the remote reservoir clicker is different as well as the shock part number.

Took it for a quick spin coming down the driveway it made a weird noise so I pulled the clutch cover and there is only 1/2 the gasket and it had blown a belt and had a hole in the cover. Nice way to sell a new machine huh. So I buttoned it up and went for another quick spin and lost all drive. Towed it home and removed the cover again and the spider and spider nut had come right off the primary!!!!

Long story short the dealer was closed yesterday when I called but I will be demanding my money back on this thing, also the paint is all beat off the rear control arms, shock springs are all worn into the shocks etc..

Basically I want to know where to find the true mileage on this thing.

I recently purchased a 2016 RZR 1000 Highlifter, I took it out to the trails just to realize that the suspension is way to firm. So I have two questions;

1) What differences did Polaris make to the suspension in the Highlifter edition?

2 What are some alternatives for me? I would like to keep as close to the same ride height/travel but I desperately want a smoother ride over bumpy terrain.

I purchased a vinyl machine last week and have been playing with the software on it all weekend and came up with this for the "name" for my rzr. It’s going where the warming decal was in the bed of it or maybe on the wing of the roof haven’t decided on which yet. What yall think? The rzr is voodoo blue which is where the name came from.
